1Repair Service After placing your order, DHL will deliver a secure shipping crate complete with instructions, security tags and return labels to your pick-up address.
2 Repair Service Pack your device into the secure shipping crate, then get in touch with DHL via the details provided in your crate to arrange for pickup.
3 Repair Service Upon receiving your device, our in-house engineers will repair it, test it, then sanitise and seal it ready for return.
4 Repair Service Once fixed, your device will be sent back to your pickup address via DHL.

Please note, the above process is for collect and return repairs organised through PSA Parts only. If you are not using the collect and returns service provided by PSA Parts you will be responsible for sending your device to PSA and collecting it once repaired.
